I took the following photo in the office of Mr. Mesod Belilo, archivist for the Jewish community of Gibraltar. He is sharing 19th century marriage records with Ângela Sofia Benoliel Coutinho, CVJHP historian, as part of our research on the Moroccan Jews who settled in the archipelago in the mid-1800's.
